Two Sides to Every Tale is the achieve for completing the current BfA War Campaign on both Horde and Alliance on the same account.
Ive done it. Both sides.
Wheres the achieve? Wheres the mount??

Someone on WoWhead said they logged all the way out and back in and the achievement/mounts popped. Dunno what else it would be if you have both war campaign and tides of vengeance competed on both sides.

No mount. No achieve. Nothing.
Wait…dont tell me…let me guess…you have to do it all AGAIN on another toon…
I never saw the achievement pop for me, but when I searched for the name of the achieve it was there, just saying I finished it on 3/2…which is wrong, because I finished the questline on this past Sunday. Mounts were in my mount log.
You DO know it’s not just the war campaign, right? It’s:
A Nation United, Zandalari Forever and Tides of Vengeance for both factions.
The achievement didn’t pop for me either, but it is there and completed. And the mounts are in the collection. Try manually searching for it, it’s under the BfA Quest tab.

Yeah, if Blizzard could actually make that achieve pop and actually show up in the recent achevies window , thatd be great…
You have to do it on two toons - one horde, one alliance. Other than that, no.
