i dont know if i categorized this right lol as i have never made a topic before but i am hoping that since the devs noticed the feedback on customization they might notice this, anywho, the mounts that imo should be made able to fly are all the models of the hand mounts and all the models of the fallen charger mounts (like all the color variations i mean) i mean for the hand mounts they already defy logic by already being a hand that moves around on its own so it’s not far fetched if they flew as well and for the fallen charger model mounts they are GHOST horses just like Blanchy is and they made it to where Blanchy can now fly since she is a GHOST horse too and i even believe that was the reasoning behind it as well as possibly people wanting that also
My list of mounts that should have flying disabled:
- All the panther mounts (especially the jeweled ones)
- The ghost moose (didn’t originally fly anyway but for some reason got added in later).
- Horses that don’t have wings. This includes all the Courser models (again, they got flying patched in later. They were never meant to fly originally). They need to be grounded asap.

yea I think the mount designers do some pretty hard drugs at times.
Who else looks at the dreadwake and literally wonders what kind of acid that person was hitting…

pft i am a cat person so i love the cats that fly and as for the coursers i so happen to use one of them all the time on one of my toons thats her action bar set mount and as for the moose i dont use the spirit one but the mooses that fly they need to stay flying cuz i plan on using the nightmare one on my nightmare themed druid so all the ones u mentioned should stay flyable

I have a greater problem with flying mounts which somehow are unable to walk. So many bird mounts… the parrots, the Phoenix mounts, violet spellwing… and many more which just look stupid skimming over the ground in dungeons.
i just want the red and black hand mount to fly cuz i plan on it for my undead venthyr hunter perfect for her if it flew as i dont like the venthyr flying mounts cuz they are too big and i like the fallen charger model that u get from venari paragon chest for an udead necro hunter (two toons i will be having) and i dont like the flies and want to use both the venthyr campaign mog and the necro renown quartermaster mog so the two mounts i have in mind (red and black hand mount and venari paragon chest charger mount) would fit them perfectly and like i said the chargers that are like the fallen charger are GHOST horses so they should fly and the hand mounts are not far fetched to fly as its already idk “magical like” they they are a hand moving around on their own lol
and i am sure others would appreciate all the color variations of these flying so if blizz did listen its not like just for 1 person lol i would imagine there are others out there that would think it’d be nice if the hand mounts and fallen charger type mounts flew

Panther mounts are my favorite along with the horses as they don’t wiggle, zig zag, flip and crap.
as referring back to the hand mounts and fallen charger model mounts, also in videos of the mounts it clearly shows they were supposed to fly
so blizzard give us what these videos show!!! make them fly!!!

For how important flying is it sucks that more mounts don’t have flying options. I agree and think almost all mounts should be given a way to fly.
Have horses run on air with little hoof marks, have things sprous wings or just give them a windy effect - there are a tonne of ways to do it. Sure some mounts should stay as ground only (like eleks for example) but maybe give them a buff for being ground only? Either way let more mounts fly!
I just don’t like taking ground mounts off my bars when I go to an area where I can fly.
