“Two if by Sea” quest to open Argus: I found a legit work around that will help to get the quest complete and get back on track to open Argus. the quest is still bugged, but this is how I got passed this - 1. pull away from the quest dock area (enter the Mage Tower completely to reset the area) 2. the fly to the dock quest area (do not land on the boat!). 3. hover over Vereesa, click on her and take the ready quest quickly. … the load screen will then activate and you will end up in Exador, on the boat, quest complete with the next quest giver ready for turn in and the acceptance of he next quest.
Note: quest is still bugged, so this is the only way to get this done.
