I think the separate control of both shoulders is a good implementation. But I find it odd the same system wasn’t applied to gloves and boots.
Good idea or bad idea?

Hard no to two different gloves. Don’t need to see Michael Jackson running around in wow.
One step at a time. A recent interview showed that implementing the shoulders was actually pretty hard to do.
I’d love for to be able to tmog gloves and boots separately.
I like the idea of separating gloves and boots too, Garrosh used only one glove and looked badass, but one system that is in dire need of implemantation is hidding lower part of robes.
2021 and I still have to have each pant leg be the same? Get it together blizz!
Supposedly two different shoulder transmogs was difficult to do. Maybe they will allow different bracers, gloves, and boots in the future.
This reminds me of Archie Bunker getting drunk and telling his story of being a kid in the great depression and going to school with a shoe on one foot and a boot on the other and the kids nicknaming him “Shoebooty”
I should be able to modify my chest piece to cover only one of my boobs.
Clown Mogs are best mogs
I’m not against more options but…
why…
Do not forget arm upgrades! Mechagnomes could benefit from one Thorium Grip and one Steel Plating. This will achieve maximum torque … and maximum efficiency.
I am hoping that’s facetious.
We had asymmetrical gloves in BfA where some were a small glove on one hand and the other had an arm protector on it. It would be nice to recreate that ourselves with different gloves. SWTOR has this type of look to a lot of their outfits, too.
I think you are overlooking the thousands of players who asked for sperate shoulder pads.
I’m not seeing that for gloves.
You may begin to see it now.
I am patient, because I understand it will take a while to code it, bit I do hope it will be something they consider in the future.
Hmm yeah I thought it was cool and liked it.
But can players do it like that…
oh why not. It doesn’t hurt
That’s probably coming tbh.
This was more or less a proof of concept. It’s definitely doable now, so it’ll be expanded on later.
Unless they just give up on it like racial customization.
It’s not only doable it’s, probably, literally a cut/paste job with very little changes. I assume they just divided the shoulder slot (Slot 2?) into Slot 2 1/2 or something silly.
I mean apparently recoloring eyes was too hard for them to keep doing, something that takes an artist like three seconds since all the textures and meshes are sorted out already.
So who knows.
Spoken like a true Burning Crusade vet!
