I’m a player who recently transferred from the Taiwan server to the US server. Recently, I encountered an issue in the Undermine map where, after using the Mage’s “Blink” or dismounting from the G-99 vehicle, my character falls out of the world map and continuously falls for 2 seconds before being forcibly disconnected in an infinite loop.
I have attempted several times to use the built-in “Customer Support - Cancel Character Sticking” feature, but whenever I click the option, it fails to load any of the characters on my account. This issue occurs both in the game and on the website.
After falling out of the world map module twice, I received assistance from the GM to teleport my character to a main city. The GM also suggested that I report this issue on the forum.
