Yes please! We need tiny Worgen - maybe a Corgi version - and tiny Undead. A miniature undead of some kind would be nice.

Only the Horde are allowed a cute and cuddly races.

What would their racials be? I’m assuming they’d be water/swimming based

ahem

Pandaren.

I don’t know. You’re probably right that it would be water based but Undead kinda have some of that covered. Maybe 150% swim speed without mount?

Didn’t Sylvanas’ boy toy get all the San’layn killed in Zandalar? Would make it kind of hard to make them an allied race.

Yes, yes he did. So they’re going to be un-un-undead and join the Alliance because they’re mad at Nathanos.

Before Nomi came around I would agree but now I see them as a cold blooded food killers.

Probably not sadly, as we get a toy that makes us look specifically like one.

Nomi is a special case. The dude just wants to see the world burn…

I feel as though their racials would be difficult to incorperate into avergae gameplay. There’d need to be a benefit to playing one outside of water

I’m probably just not clever enough to come up with any solutions

They need to pump the breaks on all the allied races. It is starting to look like a fighting game character selection screen, bleh.

I think the Horde will get Saberon one day.

Yeah I don’t know why Blizz went HAM on the allied races. To me they feel cheap.

If they wanted to get more graphical variety into the game they should start designing oh I dunno better model frames maybe? More than 4 boot frames for instance?

For the forsaken my bet is on a dwarf model based on tables. There where a ton of them turn to forsaken. Worgen i can see something new. Like a humanoid Crocodile or better yet humanoid horse. Alliance like tuarins. That make it interesting.

This is my thoughts. With Calia, and Derek, I wouldn’t be surprised to find a forsaken faction on Alliance, led by one, and horde by another.

As for the Worgen, likely that werecat lookin race on the same skeleton.

Something tells me the last two Allied Race slots will be filled with something from the next expansion. We’ll start the grind for them in the pre-patch, but can’t unlock them until after buying and doing another little grind in the new content. So Allied Races, a big content feature for BfA, will end with a tie in to the next expac. Might be Races we’ve seen, might be Races out of the blue.

Or maybe they will just throw out Lightbound undead so Horde can have UD paladins, and mechanical werehorses so Alliance can play a mount race.

Blizz is one scroll button away from being able to have infinite allied races.

I like the idea of having an absolute ton of allied races. Ankoans, gilblin, ogres, jinyu, hozen, sethrakk, tuskarr, taunka, mogu, yaungol, broken draenei, arakkoa, saberon, furbolg, wildhammer dwarves, amani & gurubashi trolls, etc.

I view an excess of allied races as being a good thing.
