Wait, let me see if I understand this correctly. The expansion starts off with the NE lands being taken by the Horde, our capital city and world tree being burned down, our fallen being forced into undeath and one of our greatest heroās nearly killed and this is an āAllianceā expansion?!?

Weāve wrecked Teldrassil, gotten the Alliance angry at us, had the most easiest ways to unlock our Allied races, gotten way more interesting rep mounts and for awhile the story has revolved around what Saurfang and Sylvanas will do next and possible plunge the Horde into a Civil War.
But we all know Blizz loves the Alliance so yes, Alliance has had two expansions in a row.
