I just watched 20 minutes of twitch with my Wow account linked and unlocked the 30th Anniversary bundle. I claimed it on the twitch page. However, when I look in wow I can’t see the mounts anywhere. Searching their names lists nothing. How am I meant to claim them?

It takes a few hours for it to go through - I watched in the morning and it took maybe 5 hours for it to go through. It’ll show up as a gift in your mount area that you have to unwrap.

I tried doing the promotion they had at the launch for the skeleton/ghost horse.
The app on my phone said everything was linked, that I watched the required amount of nonsense and that I claimed the mount.
Never showed up in the game and when I checked again on my PC it said that I had not watched the required amount of nonsense but I in fact claimed the mount, somehow. Still never showed up.
Posted on the customer service forum and received several non-answer replies, one of which was “it takes about 6 hours”.
I gave up, but I wish you luck.
