The code isnt working. I received a letter saying I am eligible and gave me my code but no matter how I type it in it wont accept it. What am I doing wrong?! Anyone else having this problem?
are you typing it in all lower case?
That’s what I did and it worked on the first shot… I was like it’s either gonna be all lowercase or uppercase.
Same here code doesn’t seem to work, lower case or upper case. Based on what I’m seeing on the blizz code redeem part the codes are 4 letters while one of mine has 5. Twitch error perhaps?
My code had one segment of 5 letters/numbers and the rest were 4, and it worked just fine. I typed it in all upper case.
The code works, the first bracket of the code (for whatever reason) is on a separate line in Twitch notifications.
