Twitch drops not working

I’m not receiving Twitch drops. Somehow, my battle.net account shows that It’s correctly connected to my Twitch account, but on Twitch it’ll always say that I need to connect my accounts. whenever I click the button to do so, it’ll take me to the bnet page that shows my accounts are connected.

Since this is an issue I only have with WoW, it’s safe the assume the issue is on Bnet’s side, rather than with Twitch.

Any idea how to solve this? Right now it’s specifically for the The Coward’s Azure Target, and I’ve already given up on older drops as they are too old and expire after 7 days if not claimed. Obv the issue now is if I try disconnecting and reconnecting accounts, there is a 7 days delay, so i’m screwed if I try.

You can try disconnecting, then reconnecting bnet to twitch. As long as it’s the same account it will not cause a cooldown.

Didn't Receive Overwatch Twitch Drops

Reconnecting the same account doesn’t have the cooldown, confirmed in customer support, only if you connect a different twitch account
