I connected my twitch account. I got 100% on the twitch drop progress bar. I claimed the item on the twitch website. Where is it? It’s not unlocked in my collections still.
Edit: Blizz says my account is connected but Twitch says it isn’t.
Edit: Update: Finally got it after about 15-20 hours. The part that got me confused was the fact that the Blizz account website shows I’m connected but no where on the Twitch site does it show that my Blizz account is actually connected. If you check your list of connected accounts on Twitch, it will NOT show it is connected to Blizz. Even the buttons next to the Twitch drop rewards show you need to connect, but clicking them does nothing.

You should of check with twitch if connected AutomaticJak the streamer I followed tonight had some issue he had to log out of both the log in again and reconnect it…you have two more days this week to get it done for the Kite…

I tried relogging twitch but made no difference. I can’t disconnect and reconnect either due to 7 day CD. So Blizz still says i’m connected but Twitch says I’m not even though I connected weeks ago.

Put in a ticket is all I can say…I forgot about that CD of 7 days…maybe check twitch site for info…this is my first time using twitch for this kind of drop thing…I was going by what Jak had said in his stream tonight.
Twitch says I am connected to BNet, 100% completed and claimed the reward. I don’t have the pet yet.
So it just might take a few hours.
Ticket response times are currently over a month. That won’t help me /sigh
Check with Twitch site forums…I am sure they have a forums site…yeah I know tickets are crazy long now for blizzard…sorry.
On the page about the twitch drops it says it can take up to 24 hours to appear after earning it.

I am also having the same issue. My account has been connected for over a month and I have completed and claimed but not received anything either 
Any fix for this? I don’t want to miss out!
Had some guy on for four hours saw I could claim my free reward hit claim now to sit back and relax let it come to me instead of complaining.

If you have already watched the 4 hours tonight for the drop and ahvent gotten the reward than wait till tommoro. or wait till next tuesday at the most if you havent gfotten it open a ticket

Check notification (top left) in Twitch page to see if the reward is confirmed. In the reward section, it should show account connected. If it doesn’t show connected, fix it. Blizzard already published how to info: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/000066385
Still waiting for it to show up on my WOW account. As other said, probably 24 hours so tomorrow evening for most of us who started Twitch while waiting for WOW to come back up.
