but my Goblin Weather Machine came through? My accounts are linked, I only have one account. I re-linked and still nothing. I went through all of the Blizzard Support troubleshooting. I need a human being to assist me and just look at my account. I’ll facetime you - whatever it takes.
I am at my wit’s end here. I’ve made posts on the forums here looking for help. I have not received any of my twitch drops, and was told to go back to twitch. I went through all of their processes and tickets and they determined it was claimed and my account was linked, so it’s on the game developer’s end.
I have spent ridiculous amounts of money on Blizzard games. I am just about mad enough to cancel my pre-orders and just walk away, and I really don’t want to. Why do I buy your products when I’m not shown the smallest amount of decency? Please just look at my account and correct whatever is broken. Please.

Please don’t go digging up all the old threads about this since you’ve got your own here. Especially since the thread is over two months old. That’s necro-ing a thread (anything older than 2 weeks).
Firstly, there are no GMs on this forum. It is a player-to-player forum with our SFAs (the only Blue you will see posting here) to offer advice and insight, and to keep us hoodlums in line. Or at least that was Customer Support, but I see you’ve been moved over to Bug Report while I’m prattling on.
Blizzard themselves are pretty cut and dry about being hands-off in regards to Twitch drops. As explained in an older thread (around the time of the Feldrake, I believe), once Twitch sends data over to Blizzard, it flags your account with a particular license. Only when Blizzard receives that data can the drop be pushed through on their side. I know some people had Twitch resend that data and it clicked. Other people couldn’t get Twitch to comply with that.
The only thing you could do is submit a ticket, but I don’t think you’ll get too far since again, Blizzard is hands-off with the drops. It is the only way to put you in contact with a GM.

The only thing I can think of is to maybe tweet @WarcraftDevs? BlizzCS is the same staff who man the Customer Support forum, so you won’t get any answer there that you wouldn’t get here.

People will never stop Necro’ing threads while being IGNORED by Blizzard. Have to necro every thread on any issue constantly including bumping it to reach a critical mass for them to even acknowledge, let alone fix, an issue.

I mean, you’re welcome to do as you’d like, but eventually it’s going to catch up with you as spam or trolling as it is against the CoC. The thread in question was locked down not long after OP necro’ed it - which is often the case and rarely do they get what they’re seeking.

I have e-mailed back Twitch support and they just said that my drops were “Successfully claimed,” but they cannot see what account it was claimed on. Pretty easy puzzle, I only have one account and have only ever logged into one account. It would be that one. I have received drops before and since.
