Twitch DISCO ball: "Error occurred, drop was not claimed."

Most of the problems I’ve read with these Twitch promos involve there simply being a disconnect between Twitch and WoW. It’s just that it “takes a long time” to get the reward.

This is the first time I’ve completed the task, clicked “claim prize”, and then Twitch just … fails.

When I click “claim reward”, a banner pops up on Twitch that says “Error occurred, drop was not claimed.”

Anyone else have this problem and/or know what to do?

I actually got my drops fast this time.

same here expect it says i’ve claimed it but still haven’t received 2 days later

I’ve claimed it on twitch no issues but haven’t actually logged in to see if it’s there yet

have u changed ur twitch or wow password recently? if so the connection is gone and have to reconnect
