It’s been about 15 days since I claimed the 30 anniversary drops on twitch and I have not received the rewards. I open a ticket and after providing evidence they have not been able to fix it. The GM asked me to submit a bug here.
I submitted evidence on my ticket that my BNet account is connected with my Twitch account and that I claimed the reward 15 days ago.
Please help, I don’t want to lose the opportunity of getting these rewards because of this bug.
This forum is only player-to-player troubleshooting. If they asked you to submit a bug, then you would want to do that in Bug Report.
