When accepting the quest The highlord’s Vision from thrall in oribos, talking to thrall is impossible, even after abandoning and re accepting quest from thrall. multiple times and reloads later nothing changes. please fix this thank you

I had to log out to get Thrall to move.

Relogging worked! Thanks
After I turned in the quest to Bolvar, collected the 250 ash, the NPC’s started talking and Thrall sat down next to the High Chieftan, and no quest popped up. I tried relogging, switching characters, going downstairs and then upstairs, back to the maw, no quest.
Same error, relogging did not work.
Can confirm after accepting The Highlord’s Vision I cannot talk to Thrall. Relogging does not seem to have any effect on the issue.
Edit: Look like Thrall just teleported after about 5 minutes to the correct position and was able to advance the questline.
I’ve relogged, turned off all quest add ons, hearthed and flew back but still nothing
Same experience here, just sat still for a few minutes and now he is standing next to Bolvar and available to talk to.
I waited about 2 hours next to Thrall, nothing ever happened. Logged off for about 6 hours and logged back in and he is still sitting down and won’t talk to me.
Any of you defeated Denathrius and completed the quest after?
It seems like you need to see the cinematic after defeating Denathrius for this one to trigger.
I haven’t killed Denathrius yet and it didn’t trigger for me but some ppl in-game that I saw getting it at the table all defeated him. Same as some people from Wowhead’s comments.
Same. Today was prompted in Oribos to accept the quest “An Echo in the Darkness” which brought me to the table where Tal-Inara is. Upon completion of this quest, the quest “The Highlord’s Vision” became available (given by Thrall).
This is when I noticed there were two Thrall’s (both attempting to give the quest); one sitting on the stairs next to Baine Bloodhoof, and one standing need Lady Jaina Proudmore.
“The Highlord’s Vision” quest requires you to talk to thrall and then click on the object floating on the table. The first time I around I was unable to talk to thrall after accepting the quest. I has to abandon the quest and accept the quest from the correct Thrall in order to be able to “talk to Thrall” after.
I also had to log off and then back in to be able to complete “The Highlord’s Vision” quest by talking to Bolvar.
I managed to get him to move by entering the maw and then using the portal to go back to oribos
