Twisted Silence, established on Area 52, is a guild that sprouted from a group of friends who feel that we can form a team capable of accomplishing Cutting Edge in the long-term. As a group of friends, we strongly believe we can even potentially accomplish this goal this tier if we acquire those who wish to improve their character individually and want to play as a team while enjoying World of Warcraft to the fullest.
About the Raid Team
One thing is clear, with being a new 2-day raid team formed from a group of friends, aspiring for Cutting Edge in one tier is bold. Building a raid team, getting every person on the same page, filtering out those who just can’t make the cut, experiencing actual boss walls are all going to be a huge hurdle. As the Raid Leader and one of the officers, our determination is to make this possible in just a few short months!

- 21-man w/ a dedicated Raid Leader
- Transparent Loot Distribution
- Transparent communication and clearly defined expectations, with surgical focus on efficiency and fairness
- 1 M+ Key per week required; currently looking at completing the highest possible each week
Twisted Silence leans heavily towards friendly and laid-back with a sharing and growth mindset. As Officers, we strongly believe this game should make you, as a player, feel married to World of Warcraft and will always maintain a structured expectation with this in mind. In our mythic raid team, we will be strongly caring about performance and consistency.
Building a Mythic team is a rewarding challenge that requires a concentrated group effort. This is not for everyone - some skilled players may prefer hopping up the ladder of existing teams to lifting their peers. But if you want to share in your advancement as a player and can commit some real time and energy, our team can be an incredibly rewarding path forward.
As it currently stands, we’d like to see our guild accomplish 7-8/9M this tier and get set up to push for Cutting Edge in TWW. Our goalpost may change at a later time though.
Our experience officer core will be doing our best to bring the up-front investments, intensity, and strategy required to make this happen for our raid team.
Our Asks
We are currently looking into any raider - willing to help lift the team - that meets our expectations listed below with the understanding that several might not make the cut, might fall off due to various real-life issues, etc…
- Being at least 9/9N Amirdrassil. This requirements can be completed solo and convey that you are invested in this tier.
- Strong preference for existing CE kills, weighed heavily towards most recent tiers
- Consistent time for M+, including completing a +17 weekly. M+ will still be heavily encouraged in our guild… but we do understand that you guys have real-life priorities and that does get in the way of being able to do more sometimes. Ultimately, we are asking those that will not raid log to seek interest.
- All the standard Mythic fare - high attendance, ability to fund enchants and backup pots/phials, etc.
- Maturity. I don’t care how old you are so long as you remain calm, collected, committed, and detail-oriented.
Additionally, we’ll freely consider hardcore M+ players looking for a home alongside a Mythic raid team. The more M+ opportunities, the better.
