The whole point of this thread is that the exploit is a cheat and needs to stop, that’s it. However much more powerful they are (or are not), the exploit should be fixed as it is clearly not what Blizzard intended when separating the queues once again.
Fixing the exploit would mostly solve this problem as well. There will always be those people who avoid buying the new expansion so they can sit comfortable at a lower level cap, with BiS gear, to feel good about themselves and convince themselves they have skill. But luckily you don’t have to deal with them as often.
It wasn’t. Just trying to get a rise out of people. Someone makes an observation on an exploit and that person is now saying anyone who disagrees exploits? I don’t even see how anyone can come to that conclusion.
I agree, the separation has already improved lowbie BG’s a lot, fixing the exploit will make it even better.

He’s clearly a twink, if you and maybe a few others on your team had decent gear though, such as the pvp gear and maybe a couple chants you probably could have slowed his damage down a lot just off the fact of having decent gear. If you were all good players too his score wouldn’t look like that. It’s not my fault your team can’t cc someone who’s throwing crazy dps lol
It takes a long time to get that gear. In attempting to do that, prior to 120, you’d level out of the bracket. By using this exploit, you can spend that time getting that gear, and remain in a bracket where nobody else is given the same amount of time (because they would simply level out of the bracket).
You realize what you’re saying? In a pvp setting that is generally meant to be an even fight, you are saying it’s ok because 3+ people can slow down someone’s damage.
So while half the team is working on dealing with the twink…what are the other 9 people doing? I’ll tell you what they’re doing…laughing because that twink is still killing them, because it’s offense > defense with twinks. If you kill fast enough, you can’t be stopped.
same can be said about Legion only accounts. It takes a long time getting that gear.
110 is cap how is that exploiting ?

That’s why I said there’s not much Blizzard can do about that. There will be people who don’t purchase xpansions, so they can sit at a lower cap, and own players passing through.
But the entire point of this thread is directed at people exploiting the xpoff hack. That is what’s being discussed, and that’s very clearly cheating.
Using the exploit to get into an XPon game with your XPoff is cheating.

And you can’t kill when your constantly cc’d and 3+ ppl pile on you as soon as you attack. Especially if they’re not all in pve greens and can do good damage. You usually end up dying oddly enough. Besides that was prolly a EoS round where the kid went in the middle and blade stormed everything. Prolly all AoE damage lol. You realize you’re saying pvp is supposed to be an even fight… Unrated bg’s, where one team can have 4 healers and the other none are supposed to be a fair fight? Where in plenty of scenarios some classes have a clear advantage over others because of the game type or map setup. But sure it’s supposed to be fair lol
That’s why I said generally. Blizzard doesn’t matchmake random battlegrounds, so they will almost always be unbalanced in one way or another. Those imbalances, however, are not people cheating and 1-shotting everyone around them. If you are being chain CC’d, then you’re a bad twink.
Let’s not forget, this is one person we’re talking about, with 3+ enemies on them. You still have the entire rest of the team, which is now clearly overpowered. Give that twink a healer, which they’ll usually have. Give them defensives, and diminishing returns. Give them half a brain to not just rush into a group of 12 people, but instead, focus fire individual people on the outskirts until they wipe them all out. THAT is the scenario where the twink is unstoppable.

You also don’t earn xp in Classic… the true pvpers will be there not just those leveling through with missing gear.

So as a twink if you’re playing the objective in the middle of the fray and the whole team starts attacking and cc’ing you constantly whenever you try to do anything you’re a bad twink lol? If you’re the ones attacking and ccing the twink you’re wasting your time anyways because now a few of their teammates are free to do whatever. And if twinks just pick people off their invincible? Idk man I get what you’re saying. All of those things do pose challenges, but there are ways to overcome all of them. And this has all been based on only the enemy team has a twink. What about if your team has a twink too? I guess we’ll just have to agree to disagree, you’ve made some valid points though.
