MMO is based on getting gear to be better and stronger.
I think the argument you would get is when it comes to twinks enchanted loom gear is pretty close to being equivalent to enchanted twink gear.

a 385 guy at 120 who is only farming conquest rewards has big steps to make to be equivalent to a guy in full raid 420s.

I understand your perspective. I do see it differently. The whole ā€œmmo being gear basedā€ is only one layer to the whole issue otherwise this would never even be a topic in the first place. I donā€™t say that because Iā€™m trying to convince you of anything or sway your opinion. You enjoy doing what you do and you stand by your reasons for doing it.

I agree about people insulting but the people that have such a habit of it around here is so cringeworthy. When someone starts being a tool and not wanting to really converse, I just stop talking to them. I did that to this one guy on here the other day who kept using terms out of context (honestly think he was doing it on purpose) and flinging mud for no reason. Let them think theyā€™ve won and they usually shut up unless something upstairs is genuinely not working right :joy:

Canā€™t anymore. Since the twink ban, thereā€™s no one for me to play. I never made a twink to farm nubs, thatā€™s a snooze, I was a twink counter. Period. I havenā€™t stepped foot on lower brackets since about a week or so after separation. Thereā€™s just no point. The twinks I was running against wonā€™t level those toons. Too much grandfathered gear. And sadly, twink games just never materialize from forums/chat/websites. So I play on one of my 120ā€™s and truck on.

There are a few people on here I wonā€™t engage with at all. They are liars, alt posters for pure drama purposes, or just flatout unhinged. I ignore them. :woman_shrugging:

I know the feeling when something you really enjoy is completely gutted and Iā€™m sorry you experience that. Professions were my thing. I was huge into them and the market and theyā€™re a total joke now.

Yeah, some days the GD can be just as bad but between here and there, Iā€™ve ignored a few. It takes a lot for me to do that. I browse Reddit too and on some days is even worse but more entertaining in itā€™s own nature.
