120’s can party sync into the sub 120 brackets. Stats are fixed though.
DK’s and DH have some interesting abilities which can be useful vs lowbies.
Death Grip in the 20-29 bracket seems like a brilliant choice… 
(Makes 0 sense IMO, getting us ready for SL?)
Queues are pretty much still very slow all outside of 20-29, 111-119 anyhow.

Can only suggest to you on thing: Stop crying you’ve died in a PVP setting doing PVP things.

Max level where you have grind PvE constantly so you can have against the enemy team, who is usually comprised of mythic raiders?
For me, leveling bgs have been much more fun lately. (And I realize the post I’m quoting is a year old, however the fact that this issue still hasn’t been looked at says more)
Max level, right now, is comparable to a case of the trots hitting you while you’re making a long drive through some scenic areas with no rest stops for miles and miles. No bueno.
30+ minute queues Alliance side to 5 minute queues Horde side in the 111-119 bracket tonight. The 120 level sync premade groups are going to kill the bracket (Alliance… Shame on you). Blizz kill twinks (Basically) only to have this level sync system to replace it. Doesn’t make sense to me.
One, you have to teach the twink community how to queue in Xp on Bgs while remaining xp off. This level sync premade bandwagon on the alliance side is getting out of hand.
This is the most logical explanation.
