Perhaps but who does? Yes with exp off you could main a twink and run dungeons/farm enough gold at level whatever but it’s much easier with a main.
There are 60 twinks that had played during Vanilla, got full Naxx bis, and then have stayed at 60 purely for PVP ever since. No mains required for that. Some of the ones on my server still haven’t leveled a toon to 80 because the twink IS their main.

All of this sounds like a great way to kill certain brackets. Ever tried queuing AV 51-60 at any point outside of the bg weekend? It takes ages.

They’re not gonna once RDF is in the game for the simple fact that twinks tend to be super toxic and simply chase out people who just join for a bit of fun and xp.
Beds made and all that.
You get queues to pop by not driving off masses of players who don’t find getting 1-shot in bgs fun.
I’m looking at this back and forth about mains outfitting alt twinks and wondering what the Hell it has to do with anything. Reminds me of the RDF threads where people veer the discussion off-topic.
Twinks want to destroy non-twinks. Non-twinks don’t like being 1-shot by twinks. That’s the reality. My stance is very simple: Blizz separated the queues back in Wrath. It should have been done in Wrath Classic. I think you’d have a greater number of people doing bgs. Boohoo if Twinks can’t flex their epeen and have to actually fight one another.
Except they gave a perfectly valid reason for not doing it. Getting 5 BGs an hour and losing most of them is still better than getting 1 BG an hour.
There are no “masses” doing low level BGs lmfao

There is no kettle and pot. You clearly stated that in order to have a twink, you need a main. Your statement is false, bottom of the line. Stop being such a child. You made a stupid claim, now own it like a man and admit that you are wrong about it.
Probably no one, but that isn’t the argument he presented. He said you need a main to have a twink. He’s simply wrong and won’t confess that he was.
And I stand by it.
For the simple fact of how long it would take you to grind mats for enchants if nothing else, or pure gold to buy it at level 19.

I was responding to someone who said you could have a character left over from vanilla classic that hit max level/gear then. So yeah no freaking duh I wasn’t talking about other brackets.

That’s not a perfectly valid reason at all. It’s flawed logic. Twinks drive more players from battlegrounds. I’m confident queues would be shorter without twinks.

This seems just another typical Classic decision based on nothing than some random, arbitrary nonsense. That wasn’t thought through. The Classic team don’t understand their players, or the game. They have no vision or design philosophy. It’s a beheaded chicken landing on some square on a board to make decisions.
I agree. Context does matter. Your statement doesn’t change. You still say that a person needs a main for a twink, when it is a fact, that they do not.
