I’m love reading those Blue posts as to why they combined the bg queues. It’s the exact opposite logic as to why they removed RDF.
There really is no consistency in anything they do.
Yep that is the solution but when blizzard did that twinks stopped queuing since it turns out they don’t actually want to fight other twinks and are only there to stomp levelers.

OK, lemme know when you find a singular case of someone playing WoW where their only character is a level 19 twink that is fully kitted out.

So is leveling before max level, twinks subvert that by turning off exp but still getting gear. Which in and of itself would be fine, if they were in their own queue with people doing the same.

The queueing argument doesn’t even make sense. The fact is a lot of players don’t do low level bgs because they don’t want to get 1-shot by twinks. So by combining the queues Blizz drove off legitimate players and had a negative effect on queues anyway.

Except again, you can have more than one character. So i dont need to provide cases of people only having a twink.
Also, HC servers do have “twinks” as well in the sence people use any and all resources they have to make their single character as strong as possible.
As an example. Sure that hunter isnt 100% twinked for its level, but its clear an effort was made to maximize thar characters power.

Right… Because in 2009 levelers had their own BGs that were free of getting griefed by twinks. 2023 levelers get GY farmed and one shotted.
I wonder why there aren’t many there?

The population is way more max-level heavy than it was in the original game, and most levelers aren’t derping around in BGs.

That would be the only reason that a person would need a main to have a twink. You said you can’t level a twink without a main which is absolutely false.

I don’t use them for stricktly BGs but also to help guild members in dungeons so that they get max xp and a faster run. Your argument that you need a main to have a twink is just stupid.

You still need to be able to run through the dungeons to get the loot and be able to afford the enchants (or even get them in some cases).
The functional difference doesn’t exist, you cannot have a proper twink without a main.
And that’s excluding all the nitty gritty of the idea that someone would join the game and even know you can lock your xp.
