I hope Blizzard fixes the exploit used by twinks to join the xp-on bracket.

Otherwise, there’s going to be a lot of upset levelers in xp-on bgs when they get hit unexpectedly by a 95% reduced xp debuff in patch 8.2.

They mention Freehold and Island expeditions. How do you immediately include battlegrounds in the list?

The article didn’t say that this debuff is limited to Freehold and island expeditions.

They also didn’t mention pet battles. All those who participate in pokemon go unite, fight, and determine who is #1.

I really hope this is limited to 110+, because this would be really easy to grief lowbie dungeons with.

I can see this ending poorly.

EDIT: I got confused, said this right after I woke up thinking partys/groups were still the same thing

Yeah, I brought it up because I can see Blizzard focused on fixing the level boosting issue (is it really an issue?), and not really realizing how many other things this change can affect, especially if some players decide to troll others in dungeons/bgs.

Battlegrounds shouldn’t give experience anyways :man_shrugging:

I do feel bad for the guys making a way for themselves helping people get to level 120. Of course blizzard can’t have any competition when they decide to release their 120 boost.

The gear in Classic was pretty awesome. None of this generic everything’s the same stuff. We’ll all be twinks in one way or another.

How do you see that?

The debuff icon specifically says “Party”. Not group, party. There is a difference.

Seems to be for party members, not group. I’m assuming they wouldn’t be able to grief by solo queuing, but like I said thats only an assumption.

There is not even a point in doing low lvl bgs as horde untill this is fixed, in every single bracket there is proudmoore and moonguard alliance premades farming the graveyards. It has gotten so bad to the point i can join a bg, look at the player log and immediately be able to tell if its a twink group or not based on the names and servers. Twinks try so hard to defend themselves, they say ‘’ oh its not about ganking noobs and one shotting people who dont have a chance, its about finding other twinks and fighting THEM’’ but their actions show something else entirely.

PoS game. At least once 8.2 comes out classic wont be far behind and I can quit this crappy game.

Personally I don’t intend to PvP until AV is available, so probably not.

Plus there’s no point in complaining anyway, it should and hopefully will continue to be unchanged. Twinks should be a thing in classic.

I’m quite concerned what Blizzard changes about PvP in Classic.

The delay is suspicious as it’s clear the honor system, WSG, AB and AV function fine atm.
