I take it you have never personally watched a stacked out blood dk one/two-shot literally everyone he can get to for an entire match, with a pocket healer keeping him there. That absolutely IS enough to lock down the average team of pugs/bots/afks.
So no, if you BG enough, can’t most people easily tell the outcome of the match within a few minutes? Why do you think so many afk out? They can tell.
It’s more that I refuse to quit, ever, but am just 1 person queueing into twinks by the party. Which they do, there are organized discords. So you stick around all game trying not to feed them deaths and get the most out of it, but you know it’s hopeless. And to a point, trying harder would only delay the loss. For those using BG weekend to level, slow losses make it not worthwhile.
Be realistic, nobody likes losing anything ever. Especially when you know there was never a chance to begin with, because the “fair” system includes too much RNG. Is it fun when you got grouped with underlevels, afks, ungeared, etc but the other team is full zug? Generally, no. Sure, I have super enjoyed the random pug vs premade BG where you actually band together and BEAT the premade, but this is rare and typically only at 80…where you have reduced the ability for half your team to come in with no effort at all.
So TLDR that is ultimately the problem, gear disparity.
Make queues match the average ilevel of the team it pits you against. Or, too complex, let’s just split by…hmm, I know!
xp on/xp off!
Remember they cut brackets into half the levels too? Think about it.
Everyone saying “retail was wrong” for their efforts to make a more balanced and enjoyable bg experience accessible to everyone…pretty telling which camp you’re on.
You just don’t want them to take away your fish in a barrel.
Yep, I know of him.
Speak of the devil, lol
Ogrekill makes unintelligible gestures.
Yeah…I have dgks post to scrolling combat text only.
