Twinks were on both sides of the bgs. They should even out each other. Good games happened before and I’m sure some are happening now.

Heck I’ll openly admit my bias because I’ve enjoyed twinking since BC, but I can still remember a few alliance toons that would cancel my twinking out in games. I remember leveling through bgs when it first came out with dot classes where I didn’t care about the w/l I only cared about the damage and the xp. I got slaughtered by twinks on the way up, I won some when there were twinks in my game. There were games where I would be top dps. My point here is if you’re lvling through bgs, the games will be relatively w/l even. You’ll come across good games and bad. You’ll feed some games, you’ll dominate others. So why handicap an investment of some of your players. Killing queue times for both xpon and xpoff isn’t the answer imo.

Both sides are handicapped by an increased amount of time for queues. Levelers are in the act of investing into the character they’re leveling. I honestly think increasing xp for all completed games would be a better answer. For levelers that don’t want to deal with twinks, which happen at all bg lvls they get out faster.

Interesting narrative here.
I’d be playing as a “new player.” I will use keybinds, but trying to do pretty bare minimum type stuff to show it’s possible to be successful.
If people want to learn to make use of the auction house, there is some good zero to hero series on YouTube. Then they can buy all the enchants and heirlooms they’d like, but I’m assuming the worst of new players and that they aren’t gonna bother with ah until max/late levels.
Aside from that, how does it sound to debunk that leveling players can’t be on semi equal footing?

Well go for it. I’d say without heirlooms you might be hurting in most brackets but prove me wrong.

Twink = using Google to locate and acquire the gear.
Why can’t “new” players do this. Because they are “lazy”.

All I see is jealious people that want to be able to pwn, but can’t cuz they are lazy and want to be catered too. It’s PvP it all or nothing and if you have a problem with that go back to the dungeon you came from
