Twink Timewalking WoD expansion

Hello,

I’m currently trying to play through the WoD storyline on a 11 exp-locked twink. In short, I don’t want to learn a million buttons and constantly upgrade gear (leveling is pretty fast, as you may know).

I finished all quest lines in the shadowmoon valley and nothing has popped up to go to any other zone at this time. I do see the zones unfortunately scale over time, making the end-game zones 10 years ago the level 30-50 or whatever in timewalking.

Do quests not progress until I actually level up or do I need to get lucky and catch certain garrison NPC-ran missions (I forget what they’re called) to unlock the next zones?

Am I missing something?

IMO I’d go ahead and level up to 30 and lock at 30 for a better all around experience for playing old content. I’m not sure what the actual level range is for WoD with the way they’ve redone the level scaling.

I “think” that unless you use the timewalking feature, WoD expansion naturally exists in the current game only between levels 35-40. I’m not positive on that though.

By default you can’t go past SMV or Frostfire Ridge until you’re 15, but Chromie Time might let you.
