TWIN Guardian - (Shield applied when rescuing) is bugged and gives no shield

Test it, what normally gives a 1.5-2M hp shield to save the day, gives nothing has given nothing for at least 2 weeks. Please fix.

Has been working just fine for me the whole time.

There is also a bug forum that is more likely to get this noticed for you.
