not in usa country
weird part they add magical murkmorpher?
rip now updated now its $30 but maybe a half of $20 for the xmog i was so close XD
I’d rather buy a new game or food or something else. Not worth the 30 imo.
That’s ridiculous. I adore that set + the mount, but omg wow I don’t want to spend $30 for htat set. (i will but i dont want to)
Mmm, let me guess… these will come with an added bit of tenders added to them, just to incentivize the rest of us who aren’t interested in looking like a heart-themed jester.
The future looks bright!
You can always take the chance that it will be in the Trading Post in June/July…
I like the color scheme and the fox is cute. Don’t think I’d spend $30 for it. Might get Tokens with gold for it though.
The pink version, aka. the holiday version, is available as this month’s Trader-reward.
This is a moot point, it is just another transmog set. For sure it looks good and I gifted it to my partner whom wanted it (still thinking whether I’d get it for myself) but, that’s kinda the point. It is all additional stuff.
So in other words, this makes it pretty smart of them to put up an alternative version of what’s available for free in-game onto the store. Would it be neat to have everything available in-game? Sure.
But then the monthly subscription would also have to be around 25-30$ a month instead. Because that’s how economics work, even for big companies … inflation is a thing. And to maintain largely the same profit margin, this is what they gotta do.
To me, I think it is a fair tradeoff since then I can pick and choose what I spend additional money on or not. For Blizzard, they make more money. For us players, the game remains largely the same monthly cost with some of us putting in additional money to maintain the profit margin.
Which… sadly is relevant. Because of how big businesses have to operate due to shareholders and all of that bollocks.
Nope. The bundles they did earlier were to experiment with how folks reacted to them. Folks didn’t like it, so they took the easy win and got rid of them as they largely would’ve been inconsequential to the goal of the Trading Post.
… you do realize you don’t have to equip stuff, if you don’t want it? Heck if you dislike it that much you could skip out on playing for the month even to not even get the reward in the first place if you hate it that much.
What they should do, is release the outfit for $10 early.
Then say we’re going to release the outfit on the trading post in two or three months, allowing people to plan ahead.
People can buy it early and show it off, or they can wait and save.
But you know…Blizzard.
Looks like wowhead nailed it this time…
Good News, you don’t have to!
There’s these handy things called WoW tokens you can buy with gold, and then turn into Blizzard Balance in which you can buy the items.
Half of this thread:
“WoWhead is just datamining. Chances are it’s wrong.”
Less than 24 hours: Twilight set in the shop.
XD
Tbh same, I might as well.
Ah, glad to be wrong, then!
… and that’s what I’m doing? I didn’t say it shouldn’t be in the game, removed, or some character judgement on people who -do- like it. I’m just saying -I- don’t like it because that’s the vibe the outfit gives me. You do you if you love it so much, more power to you. I’m just not obligated to gush over it.
When you don’t know the explicit intent of the other person, and as this is an online forum it is the norm to assume this, you have to assume in accordance to the most common logical denominator. Basically … you mention what you care about, and what you mentioned here had the implicit intent that folks who didn’t care had to care about it.
Sorry if I made a wrongful assumption but hopefully that clears that up in case I did.
It’s all good. I understand how it can be. I realize it can come off as an attack if someone seemingly mocks something you may enjoy, I promise that wasn’t my intention. I’m genuinely glad people like the mog, and I still have a silver lining where I can save up for the next month. Trading Post is a clear W for us all.

Tradining post is Sailormoon version
Twilight version is Kingdom hearts version
Yeah, anything in the Blizz shop is a bit of a moot point. You can literally grind your flavor pocket weekly quest to buy crests on Diablo Immortal. There’s no pay2mog here >:)
Blizzard loves you guys that take on this mentality. You aren’t paying, true. But someone else is, and they’re paying more than what the token is actually worth. So everything you buy with credits acquired from tokens, Blizzard is raking in a tonne more profit.
I know you don’t care because you aren’t paying for it yourself, and that’s fair. It’s just bloody devious of them, getting players to spend time grinding gold and getting their MAUs up, while also raking in several yacht-loads of profit at the same time.
It’s never going to happen because it’s been way too ingrained into way too many WoW players minds as a normal and acceptable thing now, but I’d personally love to see what would happen if the WoW token was removed but Blizzard kept on putting these transmogs onto the store…
That’s how it works in reality anyway. Most of the gold in the economy is bot generated and traded over Paypal and Venmo, even post token. Token is just Blizz taking their little piece of the pie. If you don’t want to view Blizz wallet funds and gold as cash, you have the option to play that way. I play that way. Lots of people do not, and that is not adjustable.
The colors are better, but man that design is just fugly.
