It might get overlooked with all the new pets in Nazjatar and Mechagon, but just a heads up that there are also new Twilight Whelplings around the entrance to Grim Batol.

Capturing your first one also gives a quest turn in to a member of the Red Flight who’s keeping a watch on all the increased activity around the dungeon.

They’re quite cute and respawn fairly quickly. I have bad luck trying to find blue ones though. :frowning:

Do blue twilight whelplings exist? I’ve been slacking at work all morning (shh! don’t tell my boss…) searching for one and I think every one of them has been green.

I think there are/were some pets in Kul Tiras and Zandalar (hermit crab? and some frog?) that were never blue although you could use a battle stone on them later. I always try to search for blue pets in the wild but don’t want to waste my time if there aren’t any.

I tried for about 30 minutes killing non blue/non battle versions of them and didn’t see blue. Not sure if it was that or just bad luck. I can check later today again,

I just caught one and stoned it so it was Blue.
