Twice now in a tier 10 the door to the final boss hasn’t opened when all the other objectives completed. It worked fine in a previous run on tier 9.

Same here, but on tier 6. So much time wasted.
Same on tier 8. Ran it last week with no problem, but I forgot the tier level.
This is still happening. Ran it while leveling on a 3 and none of the doors opened and the lever did nothing.
