I put in a ticket because last night I completed my time walking dungeons for the weekly reward and I ended up getting a 441 Flame-Warped Curio. The GM sent me here to put in a bug report… This took place around 11 pm PST.

If it makes you feel better, I wasn’t paying attention and claimed three caches. All of them 350.

i’m on my 4th ticket because I got a Forbidden Flounder and all they say is “we fixed this you should get a box for your incorrect Ilvl” and I’m like I GOT A FISH!!!

So they were supposed to give replacement caches for those who got lower ilvl gear than expected, apparently this fix does apply to those who got a fish or a curio. they are cheating us out of gear. and you should all not give up on this quality control issue despite them saying its no longer being looked into… because what will happen next time? and there will be a next time… when it effects a larger group of people and they just can’t be bothered…
