I have done dozens of TW dungeons this past week on toons of all levels. Court of Stars xp per kill is way way way too low. I can run any other TW dungeon and depending on the level of the toon, I’m getting between 150-400 xp per kill. But in Court of Stars it’s averaging just 9-14 xp per kill. And that’s 9-14 per kill WITH Warband Mentoring at 25%
