on my Paladin - Furthelight - Tichondrius. I know they can send me a fresh chest since they patched the problem; just not sure why GMs cant do that…

This happened to me too, on a DH hunter named Pyromatix on area 52. Got a cloak called Etchings of the Captive Revenant (from season two, ilvl 415) Replying here, as i have the exact same issue. Kept the cloak, its still in the top of my inventory as well

This appears to be a known issue that’s already been hotfixed earlier today. Unfortunately, Customer Support cannot assist affected characters with restoring any in-game items, currencies, or progress lost. We’d kindly ask you to report this on our forum so this situation can be bring attention to our Dev team, and they’ll decide if there’s any action they could take from their end.
