I’ve been having this same issue. Long load times in cities, often times when it finally loads in my character will be invisible for about 5-10 seconds. When I open my bags or mail it is slow to load and sometimes freezes the whole screen for about 10 seconds (This issue resolves itself after opening my bag or mail a few times, but resets to messing up after logouts). These issues have been worse since 8.2. I am running with 64gb of 2666MHz ram, a Samsung SSD and a NVIDIA 2060

The reported issue sounds like there is a “Quality of Service” feature on the network or computer that is throttling game data. Here are a few common software programs that can do this:
- Killer Network
- Alienware Command Center
- Smartbyte
Keep in mind these are just a few examples. There can also be Quality of Service features on your network router. We can’t provide specific instructions since each device is different, but you can always login and try checking to see if the feature exists. Basic information on logging in to most routers can be found here.
If it’s still doing weird stuff after that please update the thread with a winMTR file. This can either be added as text or via a screenshot upload to imgur or similar service.
