are you asking how many times you need to kill Mythic Garrosh to get the Tusks of Mannoroth?
they are quite rare, they have a 0.30% drop rate.
i’ve never seen them drop
I’ve seen them on the Black Market Auction House once but they were instantly gold-capped.
Average player that runs Mythic Garrosh on a regular basis will see them about 3 times per year.

I think they are talking about probably getting tusks instead of the mount? I don’t know, looks like someone had a stroke mid sentence to me.
They’re rare, and I mean, rare.
I’ve gotten the mount to drop from Mythic Garrosh, the robot scorpion, and I’ve never seen them drop once, during the entire time I farmed that raid.
And that was doing it every week, for a few months out of the year.
If I kept doing it on a plate character, I might’ve seen them.
But yeah, they’re probably just as rare, if not moreso, than the mount he drops.
