the Tuskarr Tacklebox are not spawning anymore or is a bug. are this a nerf to the spawn or just a server bug?

I’ve noticed this as well. From what I’ve seen, it’s been going on since Tuesday.
US - Dragonblight server, noticing the same.
Also noticing they are not always showing on the Find Fish. I was sitting in front of a Tacklebox, able to click it, and there was nothing on the mini-map.
