I just got the week 5 achievement mount off the last boss in a TW dungeon. Is this intended as a drop as well? I don’t want to have my account punished. Roll my account back please if this bug was unintentional.
While Customer Support does not have any involvement with what happens concerning the live game (and likely will not remove the mount token or roll back accounts), it does currently appear to be a fair few reports of people receiving it on day one instead of week five as I assume was intended, similar to the previous events.
I imagine they may already be aware of the situation internally but you can always move this thread to or create a new thread in the Bug Report forum to assist QA in an investigation.
They’re not going to punish you for a bug. They’d only punish you if you were doing something that made it clear you were intentionally exploiting the bug.
Just making sure - did you get the Reins of the Infinite Timereaver? Or did you get the Chrono Corsair? They have similar appearances, but from different sources.

I got the Chrono Corsair. I did 9 dungeons and it gave me the achievement and mount. The first 5 were like normal. Then I kept queueing to level up my new priest and get some gear from TW. It seems every dungeon I completed after getting the 30% buff refreshed the 30% thereby also giving me another weeks credit of the achievement.
I wasn’t trying to do this. I was just leveling and gearing my new priest.
You’re fine! I just thought I’d double check the most obvious thing to at least check it off the list they’d likely run down.

Sorry for the delay in response. Yes, I got the Chrono Corsair from the Storms dungeon in TW. My armory says I don’t have it but here is a SS of me on it in game currently.

I just got this mount through normal gameplay. Unless they changed the way the achievement works, it is a pretty universal bug. I am seeing people all around SW/Org/Dornagal riding the mount.
EDIT: The longer this bug goes unresolved, the more people will get the mount, unless they just stop playing TW dungeons altogether. I wonder how Blizz will handle it. They should probably just change the requirements to get the mount. This reminds me of the Sha of Anger Dracthyr bug.

ya, you didnt get it as a drop, you got awarded the achievement because however they are tracking it is bugged.
3 of my friends and myself all got it today as well. I got it after running 4 chars separately through TW to complete the weekly hero quest on them. Got it at the end of the 5th dungeon on my 4th char. My other friends got it just from running ~9 back to back TW dungeons on the same chars.
Just looted it today, just simply farming TW dungeons on various characters and it appears that the only ones giving credit towards the actual achievement are the ones with Mastery buff (duh 
) so yeah it’s still happening and no word from Blizzard as of yet so just continue farming your TW’s and you’ll be fine…I guess lol

Well I mean I’m just saying, if they roll back the achievement then it’s all good but I’m not going to postpone running TWs AND not get the mount while doing so, ya know?
doubt they even do that, if they did anything they will just leave it as it is and fix it for next time they do this kind of TW event

I just got the achievement and the mount as well, running my 2nd alt through TWs. I submitted a bug report in game, in case that helps get it higher up the chain but I’m sure they are well aware of this issue. Right?

Just got the achievement and Chrono Corsair mount as well. I ran 5 characters through timewalking for the weekly quest to get the Heroic Undermine loot box and once I completed my 5th dungeon on my 5th alt, that’s when the achievement popped. I know this is an unintended bug but I’m really surprised it still hasn’t been fixed yet…
I received this same achievement tonight. I completed the 5 timewalking dungeons on four different characters, and boom… received it.
