Idk, I think you really just gotta buff rsham mana again. Healing feels pretty solid when you can cast, but you just oom if you do right now.

I know rshaman mana WAS oppressive where you were so efficient that other healers would drink twice to match your one bar, but I think we shifted too far.

I also don’t think you can really buff instant cast healing, since there’s already so much and mastery scaling is so good.

Imo buff mana and give a pvp talent that makes earthen wall centered around your target woth earthshield. That could make ES unpurgeable while it’s up too.

Yes. Resto shaman had 2x the mana of every healer in dragonflight until it got nerfed. It now has bad mana. Which is why I said:
