Season 4 (2) Set Bonus now increases the damage of your next Wrath or Starfire by 50% (was 30%).
Season 4 (2) Set Bonus new reduces the Astral Power cost of your next Starsurge or Starfall by 30 (was 15) and increases the damage it does by 60% (was 40%).
Unholy
Death Coil damage increased by 75% in PvP combat (was 60%).
Festering Wound damage increased by 190% in PvP combat (was 180%).
Frost Fever damage increased by 25% in PvP combat.
Hunter
Marksmanship
Rapid Fire damage increased by 45% in PvP combat (was 30%).
Aimed Shot damage increased by 55% in PvP combat (was 40%).
Sniper Shot now deals 15% of the target’s health (was 20%).
Weird that they nerfed sniper shot 25% by changing it from 20%hp to 15%hp, but still haven’t removed it from the mm hunter hidden passive that amps its damage by 22%.
These were already nerfed by 50% in PVP. I wonder if the PVP values will remain the same or be 50% of the new values. I suspect they may just remain the same and this is just a PVE change.
The things you listed were pve changes that will have almost no impact in pvp (DK ones, are likely relevant).
Moonkin aura got nerfed from 12% team crit to 6% which is a substantial throughput nerf… however, i think EVERYONE wouldve rather seen a cyclone nerf than another MA one.
The 4 set for boomy is an 8 astral power discount and 20% damage increase in PVP. There is NO SHOT that they decided to both revert the PVP nerf and buff it to 30 astral discount and increase damage to 60% in PVP.
The pvp tier bonuses just have pvp modifiers on them(most .5), if they buff the pve values then the pvp value is most likely just going to be half of that which is still an increase to both cost reduction and damage bonus.
Chances are it’s going to be 15 reduction and 30% dmg boost in pvp after these changes.
