can someone call up poppa Kaplan and have him come in for a weekend to tune this game to something reasonably resembling the actual expansions? Im sure he has the right weights stored somewhere in his garage.
leveling, everything is just so poorly tuned. combat, drop rates, you name it. its so amateur.
I agree with you that they need Kaplan back. Dude was a legend.
But as far as leveling and tuning goes, it feels pretty close to where it was in OG Cata. Outside of Protocols anyway.

Are you trying to PvE as a Frost Mage or something? Because even back in OG Cata, Frost Mages are the same as what you are experiencing.
