Trying to xfer, character stuck as arena team captain

I’ve played 10 games in the team in P5. Haven’t touched it until tonight. Was getting ready to transfer servers and used the /teamquit 5v5. Yellow text prompted that my character has left the team.

The team is still listed in my Honor tab.

Attempted to transfer and I was prompted that my character was the team captain. Logged back on and used the /teamdisband 5v5. Got no yellow text or notifications, and the team was still listed on my Honor tab.

Attempted to transfer again and got the same team captain error.
Anyone else run into this and resolve the problem?

Edit: can’t click the team to view roster or anything.
And I’ve disabled all addons.

I have had this same issue except my arena teams don’t show up. I typed team disband and got the yellow text and attempted to transfer my character and it said the same error message of “this character is the captain of an arena team” I have had an open ticket regarding this for weeks and the only response that is given to me is to check the forums for possible fixes. I feel like I have tried everything.
