So, I started recently and I leveled using dungeon’s mostly, but now I want to play a void elf, but trying to find the beginning quest line is impossible I’ve spent a couple hours trying to find it now and can’t and I stayed away from that zone when there leveling and questing and had to abandon a lot of quests along the way due to it being full from other zones…I’m trying to play current content…not old content…
In order to create a void elf, you must first meet the requirements to open them up. You need to be exhalted with Argussian Reach (a Legion faction) and complete You Are Now Prepared achievement (Legion campaign). Once those requirements are met there will be a special recruitment quest available at the Allied Races Embassy in Stormwind.
You can find the complete requirements and necessary quests etc. on Wowhead in their guides area.
Thanks, that helps…just more grinding for old content…yay lol…
Yep, takes a little while to get the rep required and do the quests to get the You Are now Prepared achievement which is a few Argus questlines.
yea, gotta start the argus questline too lmao…oh boy…
so basically I should abandon my quest to get the void elf as it’ll take a crazy amount of time at this point in the game…wonderful…
It might take 2 hrs to go thru the opening quest lines and maybe, at most, 20-30 min a day to run the WQs for reps. If you log in everyday it may take about 2-3 weeks. That’s about what it took me in Legion, when it was current. I think they nerfed the rep since then.
There are ways to speed this up - the kirin tor emissary when up rewards 1500 rep. Depending on where you are in the class hall campaign you can get rep missions for your followers for this faction. Killing rares on Argus has a chance to drop tokens.
Its a grind, but, at least in my opinion, its not insane - just somewhat time gated.
I dont mind the grind…its just finding the quest chains that annoys me…spend so long wasting time doing that…I look up where to start it, and it sends me somewhere that the NPC isn’t there b/c of some other quest…
So, I was reading in another forum post about this very topic, and someone posted the add-on BtWQuests, and it helped me find the missing quest line I needed and now I’m grinding through the Argus campaign…that add-on is amazing for tracking quest lines!
where did you find that missing quest line,PLEASE!!
