Trying to unlock void elf and Lightforged Draenei

So I am trying to unlock Lightforged Draenei and void elf .i am exalted on Army of the Light and argussian reach . I have few questions if somebody can answer them.

  1. I am exalted with both on horde character on different server .will I need to faction change it ? If so , can I just do the quest part on a night elf demon hunter to unlock them ?
  2. I tried doing it on the character who is exalted but some npc with quest are not showing .maybe due to it being horde .
3.in order to get quests for Army of the Light and argussian reach on new character .do I need to do something to trigger it ?
Ty for ur help to all

As long as you’re exalted on one character on your account, any 110 Alliance character should be able to get the quests from the Stormwind Embassy.

nightborne quests are rep gated you have to get to a certain rep value before quests open up

I think the others where too

I see thx …

I believe as long as you have the rep at Exalted and your Factions story done. I think it was the Ready for War or something of the sort you could unlock the quest. You would just need a 110 on Alliance. I don’t remember completing the story on my Horde DH but unlocked Nightborne once I got the rep.

It is an outdated one . I tried following it but most of the things have changed since bfa came .sadly they didnot update it for real time

Oooh, idk.

I would make a nelf DH on that server, level it and unlock the allied races. I don’t know if it transfers to other servers tho.

What I actually meant was that I got Army of the Light and argussian reach exalted on a horde character who is sitting on a different server .so if I make an alliance dh on different server and just complete other requirements I will still unlock both races right ? I don’t need to grind reputation again as I am already exalted with both factions on another server ?

I think that’s fine, as this character has the associated achievements despite not actually having the rep completed on the same alt. I also believe this may be due to the Legion races being unlocked by neutral factions.

The BfA races such as Mag’har and Dark Iron however I believe have to be done as their respective faction, being Horde/Ally based rep.

So when you create your DH just double check to make sure you have the achievements.

The other server part is what I don’t know about.

Same server I’m 100% sure that you can get the AR’s but idk about other servers

Sorry

OK, this appears to be the most up to date info:

which leads to:

yes. this warlock did all the rep for things. but my dwarf paladin ex main on moonguard did the scenario quest thingies and unlocked it. so yes on the other server. you just need to be 110.

You dont need to faction change, you can use a trial boost 110 to do the scenarios in fact. I unlocked Nightborne and Highmountain using this Alliance character who was a freshly boosted 110 from bfa.

You can complete the requirements with any character. So long as you have the achievements on your account, you are ready to unlock them.

HOWEVER, the final recruitment questline can only be done on an Alliance character (it was level 110 before BfA was released, but I believe it requires 120 now. I may be wrong, thought).

So, complete the requirements (Exalted + Argus storyline) as Horde, then use an Alliance character to do the final quest in the Stormwind Embassy.
