Trying to solo vaults of incarnates, but not getting loots after killing the boss

As topic, im trying to solo vaults of incarnates to get some transmog gear but nothing other then primal focus is dropping in heroic.
i am a return player so i never done anything in dragonflights… could that be a reason?
