Trying to remove my objective frame - nothing is being tracked (Cata Classic)

no quests in my log and no achievements being tracked - it still shows up as:

Objectives (2) - only on one character - rest are fine.

no addons enabled - it still does it only on the one toon. ive even done a WTF folder wipe on it, cache too.

pet battle quests maybe?

cata doesnt have pet battles, does it?
