BUT “BLIZZARD DATA” shows nothing - no 120 characters when I have 14 of them I have been playing since 2005. Io suggests that "you may be linked to the wrong blizzard account. " However, what is my account being linked to when I only have 1 WoW account?! Whats even more odd is that is was working just a few hours ago. A few hours ago it was linking to my current, online account. How can I contact someone at customer service to remove a starter EU account that for some reason has been stuck to my account for years, as that can be the only “wrong account” it is linking to? I already followed all the IO steps of delinking my blizzard account from them, logging out of battlenet, logging back in to battlenet, linking blizzard account, refreshing blizzard account , etc about 20 times. I submitted io request for help as well.
Thanks, I was able to remove the starter edition. I then uninstalled and reinstalled WoW. When I logged into WoW it put me into the EU/support region (?), so I switched it to the US region. I then tried to delink and relink/refresh Blizzard Data to RaiderIO. Still nothing showing up. Why isn’t it able to link to
Blizzard Data still? Is it because I unchecked " Share my game data with community developers" in WoW privacy settings? Raiderio says all their information comes from the battlenet API?

So, yeah. I have to check “SHARE GAME DATA WITH DEVELOPERS” in the Privacy section of my Blizzard account to get IO to link to my Blizzard Data.
