trying to finish the Anniversary achievements i cant get to Maldraxxus from Oribos theres no flight path no quests no chromie timelines why cant blissard just open a flight path
Try taking the portal to Ardenweald and getting on a flight path there. Oribos is unfortunately bugged at the moment, with a fix slated for 10.0.7

there are NO flight paths
Use your warband map to learn the flight points assuming you’ve collected them before
still can’t use any flight paths in Oribos
