people say its dmf but i cant seem to find the vendor its on.

any guides for this?

it is? or are you getting mixed up with the bottomless noggen?

Confirmed that it is in gadgetzan. Nixx Sprocketspring sells it (hut just north of the inn). At least it won’t rely on dmf being up
