Trying to Create a Lifebloom Macro

Alright so what im ultimately trying to do is, I want Lifebloom To always Cast on myself if i have another Friendly Target targeted, unless i [mod:alt] it to cast on the Target Or Mouseover Target

You can swap the first two conditionals if you want to prioritize your target over your mouseover.
