Trying decide on a pre built PC, help?

GPU prices are out of control, So far i’m looking at

CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 3 2300X - 8GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 580 - 500GB SSD - Black (best buy- $620)

or

iBUYPOWER - Trace MR Gaming Desktop - Intel i5-10400F - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB - 240GB SSD + 1TB HDD (best buy $800)

Of course I’d like to go the cheaper route if possible but still enjoy WoW/Minecraft/Gamepass. Someone help me pick ? ( or recommendation)

The first one has a better video card, but the second one has a better CPU.

sad part is both are way overpriced :frowning:

And there really isn’t any good options given the circumstances.

Don’t know where you are buying parts… but we are talking the ENTIRE computer not just a cpu, ram and video…

You can buy keyboard, case, MB, CPU, memory, fans, SSD, mouse for under 800!

LOL whatever man… go find the SAME parts and PROVE it the CPU SSD alone is 400. No way you can build something cheaper…

At this price point Intel is better…

Have you been under a rock the past 4 months? Gaming systems revolve around a graphics card. Which have been out of stock for anything meaningful for the past 4 months and marked up to hell and back.

This has resulted in hikes on prebuilts as well.

We can always run out and buy the re-released GTX 1050ti right?

I mean the “budget” pre-built system I linked would have been around $600 last year. But who am I kiddin’, now’s the best time to buy!
