Things didn’t go so well for the last person who tried to punt me. Mess with fire and you will get burned. Mess with living flame you will get burned ever harder. But mess with the fire combined with brilliant gnomish engineering and you shall meet your doom. I guess you can say they weren’t prepared to handle any of those.

I will say one thing. I always try to assist my RP with some sort of in game lore and mechanics to make it feel more legit and real. Now in my RP my gnome has cybernetic ally enhanced eyes, but of one thing I so far I haven’t figured out yet how to mimic is the spectral sight with in game mechanics that is as Black worg steak was removed. The closest thing I’ve found so far wearing the actual cursed vision of Sargeras blindfold to track demons. Maybe in time, I will figure out something.

There’s a quest in Stonetalon Mountains where we use goggles to see the heat signatures of stealth units, including a “master Horde assassin”. They show up as a kind of hazy glow.

There’s also stolen Goblin goggles that we use in the Drustvar incursion to spot their stealthed units.

You may not have seeing through terrain down yet, but I figured you had the stealth detection at this point.

I don’t mind trading a large chuck of stats to wear something that could allow temporary detection of stealthed units or do something like that for added immersion. I wear these warglaives and do open world pvp regardless and just take it as a challenge. Only place I can’t wear them is serious content like rated bgs and mythics.

Sorry, all fluff had to be removed to make way for more balance tuning. Like Mark of the Wild or Blessing of Kings. Which is why the game balance is so good now. :roll_eyes:

We can imagine our Gnomish Illidari with their Gnomish “Blindfold” of Semi-Spectral Sight, though. I wish that was a real item.
